July03,2020:PM Narendra Modi arrived in Leh today to take stock of the situation after June 15 clash in Ladakh when 20 Indian soldiers were killed in face-off with Chinese troops.
He interacted with personnel of Army, Air Force & ITBP. CDS Rawat and Army Chief MM Naravane were also present. Located at 11,000 feet,this is among the tough terrains, surrounded by Zanskar range and on the banks of the Indus.
