New Delhi, Nov 1 (PTI) Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) leader Ajit Singh has been re-elected unopposed as the party president for the seventh time.
The nominations for the partys top post were taken last week and the results announced yesterday.
There was no other nomination except Singhs, who was re-elected RLD chief for a term of three year, a party statement said here.
67-year-old Singh, son of former prime minister Chaudhary Charan Singh, is the founder of RLD, which has a stronghold in parts of western UP.
