New Delhi: Delivering a strong statement against cow vigilantism, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said those who called themselves “Gau Rakshaks” made him “angry” and are usually into criminal activities at night.
Last month, four Dalit men were flogged, stripped to the waist, tied to an SUV and paraded for skinning a dead cow in Gujarat’s Una. The self appointed cow protectors behind the outrage uploaded the video online as a warning.
