Sept 21,2022:Comedian Raju Srivastava, a popular face in the entertainment industry, has passed away. Srivastava has been on a ventilator since August 10 after he collapsed while running on a treadmill.
Srivastava’s health condition remained unchanged since that day despite having an angioplasty procedure.
Immensely popular as Gajodhar, Srivastava, had an illustrious career in the industry. Apart from the entertainment industry he also had a political career. He had contested from Kanpur in the 2014 Lok Sabha Election as a Samajwadi party candidate. However, citing reasons he left the party and joined BJP later.
