Porto (Portugal), May 30: Chelsea beat Manchester City 1-0 in the Champions League final, taking their second Champions League trophy.
Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the football match on Saturday at Porto’s Estadio Dragao in Portugal.
This is the second time that Chelsea wins the Champions League. The first time was in 2012.
