New Delhi, May 10, On the 159th birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore-May 8- Israel paid him a heartwarming tribute by naming a street after him in Tel Aviv.

The official account shared the picture of the street with the caption, ” We honour # Rabindranath Tagore today and everyday, as we named a street in Tel Aviv in memory of his valuable contribution to mankind.”
Israel named it ‘Tagore Street’ to commemorate the poet’s birth anniversary on Friday.
