New Delhi, Dec 19: Hours after the Supreme Court quashed the review petition filed by one of the four convicts in the horrific Nirbhaya gang-rape case, another convict has now moved Delhi High Court, claiming that he was a juvenile at the time of crime in December, 2012.
The accused, Pawan Kumar Gupta, in his plea said that his ossification test was not conducted by investigating officers.
The plea is listed for hearing on Thursday before Justice Suresh Kumar Kait.
