NEW DELHI: The Union Home Ministry has termed the Commission of Inquiry constituted by the Delhi Government to probe the irregularities in the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) as null and void. The Centre, in its letter sent to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, has said that the Commission of Inquiry is invalid, as Delhi was not a full state.
The Commission was constituted by the Delhi Government to probe irregularities in the Delhi and District Cricket Association. Delhi government has appointed former Solicitor General Gopal Subramaniam to head the probe panel.
