Buenos Aires, Dec 2: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday held bilateral talks with number of important leaders on the sidelines of G20 Summit and invited South African President Cyril Ramaphosa to be the chief guest at the Republic Day function on January 26 next year.
