New Delhi, Mar 20: The Enforcement of Directorate on Monday filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against a Special Court’s order which acquitted former Telecom Minister A Raja, DMK legislator K Kanimozhi and others in the 2G spectrum case.
On December 21, last year, the Special Court had acquitted Raja and Kanimozhi and others due to lack of evidence.
