Oli, Dahal agree for party unification quite soon

nep Kathmandu, Feb 13: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and CPN (Maoist Centre) Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Monday agreed to unify their respective parties quite soon.

The top leaders of the left alliance agreed for the party merger by the first week of the Nepali month of Falgun (mid-February) during a one-to-one meet held at Manbhawan, Lalitpur on Monday, according to a report in The Kathmandu Post.

According to a source, the party leadership and modality will be discussed in another one-to-one meeting of the leaders scheduled for Tuesday morning followed by a meeting of Party Unification Coordination Committee which will finalise the merger process.
