manish sisodia New Delhi, Jan 21: Charging the Election Commission (EC) of bias in the ‘office of profit’ case pertaining to 20 AAP MLAs, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Saturday said the legislators will approach to President Ram Nath Kovind on the matter.

“We have sought an appointment with the President. Our MLAs will tell the President that they were not given the opportunity to speak on the issue. If in such a scenario, EC recommended to disqualify them, then it is unconstitutional,’ the senior AAP leader told reporters here.

Mr Sisodia said that the MLAs who were appointed Parliamentary Secretaries, were not given a single rupee nor any facility but in 20 States ruled by the BJP and Congress, legislators who have been made Parliamentary Secretaries, have got various facilities including salary.
