Nelong Valley, Uttarkashi, Jan2:Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said that there was a difference of perception over the border issue with China.
“There is a difference of perception over the border with China and recently, it (China) has shown maturity during the recent face-off”, said Mr Singh.
He further said ‘China is our neighbour and we want to have a cordial relation with all our countries in our neighborhood. China has expansionist policy.
