NEW DELHI:The dd-even rule has reduced the peak-hour traffic volume by about 30% in the capital.As fine government got Rs 40 lakh .Cops booked 401 drivers for violations, while the transport department fined 207 drivers. For every violation a Rs-2,000 fine 
was imposed.
